BIM-Kochkurs vom 25.04.2017

Problemstellung:

Planung des E.ON Verwaltungsgebäude in Zolling bei Freising in geneigter Bauweise mit komplexer Geometrie.

 

 

ZUTATEN _

3D-Modell – aus einer zertifizierten CAD-Software

 

ANLEITUNG _

Schritt 1:

Modellieren Sie den Entwurf in einem 3D-BIM-Programm.

Schritt 2:

Führen Sie eine Kollisionskontrolle durch.

Schritt 3:

Erstellen Sie nun anhand des zur Verfügung stehenden geometrischen BIM-Modells die Schal- und Bewehrungspläne.

Schritt 4:

Führen Sie eine Plausibilitätsprüfung durch.

BIM Kochkurs 4: Baustelle und BIM

BIM Kochkurs 5: BIM & Recht

NEUER TERMIN IN KÜRZE: Frühjahr 2019 – 14:00 bis 18:00 Uhr

Durch BIM wird die Planung, Bauausführung und die Nutzung während des Lebenszyklus eines Bauobjektes unterstützt.Es wird ein höheres Maß an Vernetzung von Beteiligten,Planungen und Informationen angestrebt. Zu beobachten sind derzeit noch sehr unterschiedliche Vorstellungen und Anwendungen. Daher befindet sich auch die rechtliche Aufarbeitung und Bewertung in einer frühen Phase.
